Playful...unexpected...imagination, these are the inspiration for my new jewelry line. When inspiration hits, there isn't a design team, or drawings, only the beautiful individual pieces of metal, stone, leather and glass. See the new jewelry line in "Home - d.p.c. Closet" tab.
We're going to donate our time to be volunteers at "Taste of West Village", at Uptown Dallas, Texas. Make a $5 donation and you'll be entered into a drawing to win a dinner for four at one of several West Village restaurants or enjoy food tastings for just $1. All proceeds will benefit the North Texas Food Bank. Tomorrow, 6/21, 5pm to 9pm. Come and support the local charity event.
When it rains, the first thing I grab is an umbrella. Guess what is the second thing I grab? Jelly shoes or rain boots, depending on the weather. If I know it is going to rain all day, I would choose the rain boots. If the forecast says it's going to be scattered showers, then I would choose the jelly shoes. I don't want to wear the rain boots if I'm not sure if it will rain (especially in the hot summer). I can find so many stylish jelly shoes in our local market and sometimes I can't even tell they are really made of plastic, which is amazing when they are so affordable. My favorite jelly shoe is from Melissa, which is having a 75 percent off sale, which includes styles from Vivienne Westwood and Jean Paul Gaultier starting at $25. Melissa sample sales is Located at: 520 W. 27th St., nr. Tenth Ave., Ste. 702, New York, Time: W–F (noon–8), S (11–5).
Enjoy our 30% off from our collection. Grab all the "must have" pieces for the summer. What are you waiting for?
