Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept exchanges or returns.

Exchanges or returns must be shipped to d.p.c. within 14 days from the date on which such item(s) was/were delivered to you by the local carrier. Please read the following procedures on how to exchange or return the item(s):
  1. Contact us at customerservice@shopdpc.com immediately if you decide to exchange or return the item(s). Please also provide the reason for exchange or return and we'll provide you a transaction number.
  2. All exchanges or returns will be sent at customers cost. We are not liable for the items that get lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEx which provides tracking information and insurance options.
  3. For exchange, if the item(s) is/are available, we will ship the item(s) to you within 7 business days upon the receipt of the exchange from you. The additional shipping cost will be charged and based on the original shipping cost you paid when you first purchased the items. We'll remind you of the exact shipping cost when we issue the transaction number to you.
  4. For refunds, we will issue a refund (after subtracting the shipping cost) to the original payment method used within 7 business days.

All item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging and condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed). We reserve the right to reject any items which do not meet the above conditions. If the above conditions are not met, we will send back the items to you and a refund will not be issued. All "on sale" items are final.

Shipping 

Shipping method: 
We use the United States Postal Services (USPS) for all the domestic and international shipments. All international shipments will be shipped through USPS Express Mail International. We offer free shipping for all domestic customers if you purchase over $150.

Order processing: 
We normally process your order within 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will email you the tracking information.

Order amount from $50.000 to $99.990 - $8.99
Order amount from $100.00 to $149.99 - $10.99
Order amount from $150.00+                     - Free

Priority Mail Domestic with Insurance 2-3 business days (USPS PWI)
Order amount from $00.000 to $49.990 - $8.99
Order amount from $50.000 to $99.990 - $10.99
Order amount from $100.00 to $149.99 - $12.99
Order amount from $150.00+                 - Free

Express Mail Domestic with Insurance 1-2 business days (USPS EXP)
One flat rate - $25.00

Express Mail International with Insurance 3-5 business days (USPS EINT)
One flat rate - $40.00

Other Information:
We are not responsible for any un-insurance shipments.

International Shipping:  
We are also not responsible for any fees or taxes charged by customs in your country. Should you refuse to accept the items, we will deduct the shipping cost from the payment and refund the rest to you.

If you do not have postal code, please enter "00000" in the box "ZIP/Postal Code" in order to calculate the cost of the international shipping.
