Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept exchanges or returns.
Exchanges or returns must be shipped to d.p.c. within 7 days from the date on which such item(s) was/were delivered to you by the local carrier. Please read the following procedures on how to exchange or return the item(s):
All item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging and condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed). We reserve the right to reject any items which do not meet the above conditions. If the above conditions are not met, we will send back the items to you and a refund will not be issued. All "on sale" items are final.

- Contact us at shopdpc@gmail.com immediately if you decide to exchange or return the item(s). Please also provide the reason for exchange or return and we'll provide you a transaction number.
- All exchanges or returns will be sent at customers cost. We are not liable for the items that get lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEx which provides tracking information and insurance options.
- For exchange, if the item(s) is/are available, we will ship the item(s) to you within 7 business days upon the receipt of the exchange from you. The additional shipping cost will be charged and based on the original shipping cost you paid when you first purchased the items. We'll remind you of the exact shipping cost when we issue the transaction number to you.
- For refunds, we will issue a refund (after subtracting the shipping cost) to the original payment method used within 7 business days.
